About Jason Wisniewski
Jason Wisniewski owns JW Equity Partners, an organization specializing in commercial real estate sales, leasing, development, syndication, and private lending. Raised on a farm in southern Minnesota, Jason sought to meld his farm experience with his interest in cutting-edge technology and so he began his corporate experience by going to work for John Deere, a Fortune 500 company. Jason served an 8-year career in agricultural technology performing roles in product development, business development, and sales. At age 22, Jason underwrote his first real estate deal on a chain of convenience stores. In 2014, Jason gathered a board of investors to start Vigilant Capital, an investment fund which has consistently outperformed the S&P 500. Partners of the investment fund began acquainting Jason to the benefits of real estate ownership.
Jason co-founded Prolific Property Management to begin acquiring and managing rental properties. As Jason’s network and knowledge in the real estate industry began to expand, JW Equity Partners took form to raise capital for value-add multifamily projects across the country. In 2019, JW Equity Partners syndications raised over $15 million for projects in Florida and Texas. JW Equity Partner’s commercial sales and leasing services completed over $5.4 million in transactions. Jason is passionate about mental health and helping those suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addictions. Jason is a big proponent of organizations like the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) which is fast-tracking the testing of new treatments which are showing incredible results.
