Dmitriy Chebotarev is the Founder and Manager of the General Partner, Oxford Fund Managers, LLC. Mr. Chebotarev is also the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Vosht Capital, an Orange County-based real estate, venture capital, and private equity investment company. From 2013 – present, Mr. Chebotarev has served as CEO and Chairman of Vosht Capital, an Orange County-based investment firm.
As CEO and Chairman of Vosht, Mr. Chebotarev oversees all business development, operations, and investor relationships in the firm’s occupied markets, which include real estate, venture capital, and private equity revenue-based value add deals. Mr. Chebotarev has guided the company’s acquisition strategy and mentors the management team in practices, processes, and techniques that facilitate and promote strong investor-focused relationships. Mr. Chebotarev is actively involved with several non-profit organizations and is an avid component to charities that make a difference. He is very passionate about research that involves the brain and the diseases that are associated with it.
Prior to Vosht Capital, Mr. Chebotarev held key roles in DaVita Healthcare Partners, a Fortune 500 company where Mr. Chebotarev led business critical operations, oversaw and conducted complex financial audits, and implemented strategic corporate process improvement initiatives, and also at Cambridge Companies. While at Cambridge, a well-respected investment firm out of Las Vegas, Mr. Chebotarev led the business development team as Chief Business Development Officer. His focus was on strategic joint-equity partnerships and developing and maintaining investor relations through sustainable finance and analytics.
Mr. Chebotarev is a member of several charitable and professional organizations and maintains that it is extremely important to be active in the local community. Some of the organizations that Mr. Chebotarev is a member of Mensa & Triple Nine Society, where passion, motivation and intelligence collide, Lincoln Club Orange County, a group comprised of prominent business men and women, and The Pacific Club, a Nationally recognized as one of the most prestigious private city clubs in the country.
Mr. Chebotarev lives in Orange County, California where he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two daughters, playing guitar, and the occasional squash match with friends. He is actively involved in the investment/finance industry as well as California/National politics and is recognized as a subject matter expert in both.
