About Jason Kosena:

Jason is an experienced real estate investor/operator and entrepreneur. Before joining Life Bridge Capital as Chief Acquisitions Officer, Jason was the co-founder and President of Echelon Energy, a value-add reseller and speciality contractor of energy efficiency infrastructure into commercial buildings. Before founding Echelon, Jason served as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Cardinal Group Investments where he completed more than $1.3 billion in primary commercial real estate acquisitions and advised third-party clients on developments totaling more than $2 billion. Prior to joining Cardinal Group, Jason worked as an investigative and political journalist covering national presidential campaigns and as a Capital correspondent based at the Colorado Legislature and Governor’s Office.

Outside of work, Jason is an avid cyclist and outdoorsman and enjoys spending his time pursuing those hobbies with his family. Jason holds a B.A. in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
