About Nick Elder:
Nick Elders is the Investor Relations Officer at Ironton Capital, played a pivotal role in the company’s impressive fundraising achievements. In the second half of 2022, Ironton Capital raised a staggering $30 million, and their projections for 2023 aim even higher with a target of $50 million. Additionally, Nick is a Co-Founder at Trinity Peak Partners and boasts a background in pharmaceutical sales. Prior to his current roles, he worked as a National Account Manager and consultant in the Healthcare GPO industry, where he contributed to generating $500 million in annual sales. Nick’s journey into the world of investing began with house hacking in Denver, setting the foundation for his successful career.
About Chris Finlay:
As the Chairman and CEO of Lloyd Jones, Chris Finlay has developed, owned, and managed approximately $1.2 billion in multifamily real estate since 1990. Prior to that, he was a commercial airline pilot with Eastern Airlines, from where he resigned in 1983 to concentrate fully on the Finlay Company. His efforts led it to become one of New England’s largest real estate firms. In 1990, he expanded the firm to include a real estate development focus which resulted in the creation of roughly 40 multifamily, senior housing communities, and luxury condominiums. Since then, he added senior living and development subsidiaries, as well as a hotel investment division to Lloyd Jones.
