Jordan Kavana is the CEO of ARK Homes For Rent and a pioneer in single-family home rental platforms. He established Transcendent Investment Management (TIM) in 2008, which has handled over $3.5B in real estate transactions. In 2021, he launched Ark Homes for Rent in partnership with Electra America. The platform includes ARK Living, a preventative health initiative. Kavana co-founded JL Real Ventures, a private equity fund focused on multifamily properties. He is a graduate of Florida International University and Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program.
