About Zach Winner
Zach Winner is the founder of Prosperity CRE and Cornerstone Investments. He’s known for delivering lucrative investment opportunities across diverse real estate sectors, including commercial and residential real estate, as well as real estate development.
From 2012 to 2017, he led an investment group, serving as the key principal and managing member. They successfully acquired, managed, and eventually sold a 72-room hotel in Austin, Texas.
Between 1998 and 2009, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial prowess. He owned and operated real estate, mortgage brokerage, and escrow offices in both Southern and Northern California. During this time, he facilitated numerous real estate acquisitions and provided financial services in hundreds of transactions across the United States.
In a previous role, he held the dual position of Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel at a prominent public affairs firm. In this role, he provided strategic counsel to Fortune 500 corporations, corporate trade associations, and a diverse clientele, including renowned entities such as ExxonMobil, Southern California Edison, and the National Ignition Facility at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories.
