About Zach Winner

He is a founding partner of Prosperity CRE and the founding principal of Cornerstone Investments, known for providing his clients with cash-flowing investment opportunities. His expertise lies in various sectors, including commercial real estate, residential real estate, and real estate development.

During the period from 2012 to 2017, he served as the key principal and managing member of an investment group that successfully acquired, managed, and eventually sold a 72-room hotel located in Austin, Texas.

From 1998 to 2009, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills by owning and operating real estate, mortgage brokerage, and escrow offices in Southern and Northern California. Throughout this period, he facilitated numerous real estate acquisitions and provided financial services to clients in hundreds of transactions across the United States.

In a previous role, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel at a prominent public affairs firm. In this capacity, he offered strategic counsel to Fortune 500 corporations, corporate trade associations, and various clients, including renowned entities such as ExxonMobil, Southern California Edison, and the National Ignition Facility at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories.
